If you were interested in a Ceremony and reception on site, both the Ballroom and Bistro would be rented. The ceremony is setup in the Ballroom. Following the ceremony, guests move to the Bistro while the Ballroom is magically transitioned to the Reception! This is very smooth process that typically takes 45 minutes. Maceli’s wedding team will even place your decorations. Once the room is ready for the reception, we will invite your guests back in to the Ballroom.
The Ceremony On-Site Fee includes the setup of the ceremony and reception, additional building access the day of the wedding, a guaranteed rehearsal the day before your wedding, and day-of coordination services. For venue related details including ceremony coordination, décor setup, and vendor contact talk to our event coordinators.
The standard room rental time frame begins at Noon and concludes at Midnight. You are able to get in as early as 10:00am to decorate; your event will need to begin after Noon. Not everybody needs to be out of the building at midnight but at this time we ask for the Bar and DJ to stop service.
Tours & Tastings
Tours are typically given Monday–Friday from 9am–5pm. If you are unable to meet during this time, arrangements can be made to show the venue later in the evening during the week or Saturday mornings/early afternoons when availability allows.
Maceli’s holds tasting parties throughout the year. This is a great opportunity to sample some of our popular appetizers, entrées, side dishes and house wine during a relaxed dinner buffet. The first tasting party you attend is complementary for two. Additional guests are welcome to attend for $10 (plus tax) per person. The date of our next tasting has been set for Wednesday, August 16th. If you’re interested in attending, please RSVP by Friday, August 10th.
