We offer both full-service wedding event planning and hosting at our venues and catering to weddings off-site. Whether at our place or yours, you can expect the Maceli’s team to help make your dream wedding a reality.

When you plan your wedding with us, you should expect to:

• Get a Tour of Maceli’s & Arterra if requested
• Meet with a member of our Sales Team to learn more about Maceli’s
• Be invited to a quarterly tasting party
• Sign a contract and pay a deposit
• Receive and complete a wedding ceremony and reception planning guide
• Meet with a member of our Sales Team to begin planning your event using the completed guide
• Check in from our Sales Team 2 months prior to your event to confirm details of your event
• Provide Final Guest Count 1 month prior to your event and pay remaining balance
• Have a ceremony rehearsal directed by one of our Event Coordinators, if applicable
• Have a fabulous and memorable wedding ceremony and reception
• Pay final bar tab
